Are your inflatable bouncers safe for children?
Absolutely. All of our inflatable equipment meets EU safety standards and is regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained before every rental. Each unit is manufactured from commercial-grade, fire-retardant materials. Our team sets up all equipment professionally and provides full safety briefings before use.
How many children can use the inflatable at one time?
Each inflatable has a specified maximum capacity, which varies by size and type. We strictly recommend following these limits to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Our team will advise you on the appropriate capacity for your chosen unit at the time of booking.
Do you provide supervision during the rental?
For larger events, we can arrange for a trained staff member to be present throughout the rental period. For standard home rentals, we provide a full safety briefing and guidelines so a responsible adult can supervise on-site. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What age groups are your inflatables suitable for?
We have inflatables suitable for toddlers, children, and older kids. Each product listing specifies the recommended age range. We do not recommend mixing very young children with older children on the same unit for safety reasons. Please check individual product details when booking.
How do I book an inflatable and what is the rental period?
Booking is simple — browse our Inflatable Bouncers page, find the unit you want, and contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form. Standard rentals are available for half-day or full-day periods. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season.
What space and surface requirements are needed for setup?
Each inflatable requires a flat, clear outdoor or indoor space with no overhead obstructions. We will provide exact dimensions when you book. A standard garden lawn, sports hall, or event space is ideal. Concrete or tarmac surfaces require safety matting, which we can arrange.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Inflatable bouncers should not be used in strong winds (above 25 km/h), heavy rain, or storms. If weather conditions are unsafe on your rental day, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your booking at no additional charge, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date can be rescheduled free of charge. For cancellations within 48 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email to discuss your situation.
Is the foam party safe for children and skin?
Yes. We use only professional-grade, non-toxic, biodegradable foam solution that is dermatologically safe and gentle on skin and eyes. It is suitable for children and adults alike. If your child has sensitive skin or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can advise accordingly.
How long does a foam party last and how much foam is produced?
A standard foam party session typically lasts 1–2 hours, with the foam machine running in intervals to maintain optimal foam levels. The foam machine can produce hundreds of litres of foam, creating a fun, immersive experience for all participants.
Do I need to provide a water source for the foam party?
Yes, access to a standard garden hose tap or outdoor water supply is required for the foam machine to operate. We will confirm the exact requirements when finalising your booking. Please ensure the water source is within reasonable reach of the setup area.
What games and activities do you offer besides inflatables?

Can I combine inflatable rentals with games and foam party?

Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. Our team handles full delivery, professional setup, and collection of all equipment. We will confirm the delivery window and setup time when booking. Please ensure the venue is accessible and the setup area is clear and ready upon our arrival.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Budapest and the surrounding regions of Hungary. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance. Please contact us with your event location and we will confirm availability and any applicable delivery charges before you commit to a booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, school holidays, and peak summer months. A minimum of 1–2 weeks' notice is ideal, though we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability. Contact us to check your preferred date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash payment. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment details will be provided upon confirmation. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email for payment instructions specific to your booking.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during the rental?
We ask that all users follow the safety guidelines provided at setup. In the event of accidental damage caused by misuse or negligence, a repair or replacement charge may apply. Normal wear and tear is covered by us. Our team will assess any issues upon collection.
Can your equipment be used indoors?
Many of our inflatables and games can be used indoors, provided there is sufficient ceiling height and floor space. We will confirm indoor compatibility for your chosen equipment when you book. Sports halls, community centres, and large indoor venues are typically suitable.
Do you cater for corporate events and large-scale parties?
