Enquiries and contact
The form prepares a message in your browser using your name, contact method, town and event details. Date, duration, guest count, ages and venue information are optional. Please do not include health data or other sensitive information unnecessary for a quote. The website does not automatically send the form contents or save them in its own database. Choosing WhatsApp or email passes the message to that application; you finish sending it there.
Purpose and legal basis
We use messages you send to answer your question, discuss programme requirements and prepare the requested quote. The basis for quote preparation is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Answering general questions may rely on our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f). We do not make automated booking or profiling decisions from this form. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Retention and access
The website does not save personal form or preview contents in session storage. They are not retained by the page after you leave; your browser’s own autofill settings operate separately. Downloaded or copied messages remain on your device. Sent correspondence is accessible to people handling your enquiry. We retain it while needed to answer and discuss your request and resolve related claims; where a contract or legal retention duty applies, the relevant requirements govern. You can contact us to request deletion of data no longer needed.
Browser storage
Session storage remembers selected attraction IDs. The promotion can appear when the homepage opens; its dismissal is not stored in your browser. It does not store your name, phone number or message. These settings belong to your browser session and can be cleared in your browser. Search terms, theme filters and attraction IDs may appear in page addresses. Hungarian and English pages have separate URLs. There is no advertising tracking code or card payment on this website.
External services and videos
The embedded YouTube player may connect to YouTube when the page opens or you scroll to the video, to display its preview and controls. Playback does not start automatically. The provider may then receive technical information such as your IP address. Locally hosted videos do not require a YouTube connection. Email, WhatsApp and YouTube operate under their own privacy terms; depending on the service, processing outside the European Economic Area may occur. Your rights and complaints
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the email above; we respond within the applicable legal time limit. You may complain to Hungary’s National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy.
