Booking & payment
How do I request a quote?
Choose an attraction and share your date, town and event details. The form prepares a WhatsApp message or email for you to send. Your booking becomes final only after a separate confirmation.
How far ahead should I enquire?
Ideally enquire 1–2 weeks ahead, particularly for weekends, school holidays and summer dates. You can also ask at shorter notice: availability depends on your chosen attraction and date.
How long can I rent an attraction for?
Rental duration is agreed around your event and equipment availability. Include your planned start and finish times, along with the time available for setup, in your enquiry.
How is payment arranged?
Payment method, any deposit and payment deadlines are confirmed with your booking. This website currently does not ask for card details or process online payments.
How do cancellations or changes work?
Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp as soon as plans change. Rescheduling, any fees and cancellation terms are discussed in line with your confirmed agreement.
Can you help me choose?
Of course. Share your event type, date, venue, guest numbers and ages. Those details help us suggest suitable attractions and combinations.
Venue & delivery
Where can you deliver?
Tell us your exact venue so we can confirm delivery availability, cost and timing. Your quote is prepared for your event location.
Can you arrange setup and collection?
Yes. Delivery, setup, dismantling and collection are discussed with your quote. The venue should be accessible and the designated area ready for arrival.
How much space does a bouncy castle need?
Dimensions and clearance depend on the attraction. A level surface, sufficient height and a clear surrounding area are needed. Ground surface, anchoring and power requirements are discussed before booking.
Can the attractions be used indoors?
Many games can be placed indoors where ceiling height and floor space allow. Share your venue details so indoor suitability can be confirmed for your chosen attraction.
Use & supervision
Which ages are the attractions suitable for?
Suitability varies by attraction. Share your guests’ ages so we can help select the right combination. Rules for mixing younger and older children, along with any height or other limits, are discussed in advance.
How many people can play at once?
Each attraction has its own capacity based on size and design. The participant limit and use instructions for your chosen equipment are confirmed during booking.
Is adult supervision needed?
Yes. Responsible supervision and compliance with the use instructions are required. For larger events, ask about staffing options. Supervision responsibilities should be clarified in advance.
What happens in bad weather?
Inflatables must not be used in strong winds, storms or other unsafe conditions. Equipment-specific limits and arrangements for weather-related changes are discussed before booking.
What if equipment is damaged or develops a fault?
Stop using the equipment and report the problem immediately. Follow the instructions provided at handover. Damage, repairs and responsibility are governed by the rental terms.
Foam parties
What is needed for a foam party?
Water, power, suitable space and preparation may be needed depending on the venue and package. The distance to the water supply, ground surface and use requirements are discussed in advance.
What about sensitive skin or allergies?
Tell us about known sensitivities or allergies in advance. Ask for information about the foam product and participation requirements before finalising your programme.

Can I combine several attractions?
Yes. You can combine bouncy castles, foam parties, table games and inflatable games. The selection can be planned around guest ages, venue, participant numbers and available time.
Which events can you supply?
Enquire for birthdays, family days, nursery or school programmes, company events and community celebrations. For larger events, request a tailored quote for multiple attractions.
